Problem & Solution
Problem
The previous white label platform had several limitations — from an outdated interface and low conversion performance to limited flexibility for partners with distinct brand identities. These constraints made it difficult to scale and adapt, and no longer reflected CVC’s ambitions to expand its positioning as a technology provider.
Solution
The new version (V2) was designed not only to address the pain points of the earlier experience but also as a strategic move by CVC to relaunch its white label model to the market. More than just a visual redesign, V2 represents a modern, scalable, and customizable solution tailored for enterprise-level partners — reinforcing CVC’s role as a technology partner in broader business contexts.
Flight Upsell Suggestions
During the flight selection step, we implemented an upsell system that highlights more complete options based on criteria such as flight class, baggage allowance, change and cancellation policies, additional fees, and other benefits. This approach brings more transparency and helps users make informed decisions by clearly presenting the cost-benefit of each alternative.
Dedicated Hotel Details Page
The old modal was replaced with a full hotel details page, offering more space for images, descriptions, location, and amenities. One of the key highlights is the new “available rooms” section, where users can browse all room types, compare benefits, and check detailed information for each accommodation — all in a more organized and fluid layout.
