My role during the project was to prototype +500 screens and countless flows, create part of the components, in addition to strict collaboration with developers and stakeholders. This project also involved working with a multidisciplinary team, including collaborators from Mexico and Spain, where Customerfy is also used, adding an extra layer of complexity to ensure the solution met diverse user needs across different countries.

Problem & Solution
After some conversation with the Stakeholders and users, we identified prevalent pain point. But the highlighted ones are the most common ones faced by them. These insights shape our solutions to enhance user experience.
Research & Insights
The objective of the project was to redesign the frontend of Customerfy's internal system, which took place between 2022 and 2023.
The system, used by several teams, was outdated in terms of usability and aesthetics, which directly impacted user efficiency. The main objective of the project was to modernize the interface, improve the user experience, and align the design with UX/UI best practices, taking inspiration from contemporary models such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
